ServiceNow Project Manager

A leading ServiceNow customer, are searching for an experienced Project Manager who have extensive ServiceNow experience to come and join their leading firm.My client are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic ServiceNow Project Manager to oversee and guide the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects.

This role is key to ensuring that projects meet their intended goals within scope, budget, and timelines.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, initiate, and manage ServiceNow implementation projects.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in project management, specifically with ServiceNow implementations.Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices, Service Level Agreements, and ITIL frameworks.Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
