Children's Social worker CWD

We are looking for a Social Worker to join the CWD team in Margate.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.

About the team
This team specialises in supporting Disabled Children from the ages of 0-25 years old with safeguarding concerns.

Work with service users and their families/Carers to develop a support plan as they prepare for adulthood that promotes independence and wellbeing.
Identify and manage any safeguarding concerns you may come across making sure that your actions are inline with the directorate policy.

About you
The successful candidate will be well versed in MCA assessments and inpatient environments.

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years experience working in a mental health setting are essential for this position.
