Referral Processor - Family Service Autism and ADHD Team - Nottingham Are you a passionate, dedicated Referral Processor looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Referral Processor to join a Family Service Autism and ADHD Team based in Nottingham.   Umbrella Rate: £14.52 per hour Duration: 3 months initiallyHours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, 37 hrs/week – Hybrid (office based once experienced and then WFH flexibly)Referral Processor role: Full JD Available
Receive and handle all initial referrals received into the teamAssess new referrals against the Family Service Autism and ADHD Team threshold criteria for triage assessmentMake decisions about referrals to determine if the criteria for the service are met or whether another service should support the familyOffer signposting for families/professionals to appropriate external services if necessaryProvide verbal feedback and advice to referrers regarding the action taken on their referral, and to confirm this in writingDeal effectively with enquiries across all channels from members of the public, customers, services users, internal departments and professionals from other agencies (e.g.

schools, health, Early Help.

Social Care)Take ownership of enquiries and provide feedback on progress and outcomes to partner agencies, professional organisations and the public as appropriateMaintain accurate, up-to-date recordsParticipate fully in supervision, appraisals (EPDR), and practice observations, as part of personal development and supportAttend team meetings and whole Service events
Essential Requirements
To hold 5 GCSEs at level A*-C (including English) or equivalentExperience of working within a Children’s and Families Service settingExperience of working with and supporting families whose children have additional needs and/or behaviours indicative of a neurodiversity and or a diagnosis of ADHD/ASDExperience of administering and triaging referrals into an early help service or parenting provisionA working knowledge of ADHD and ASD and the services in place to manage and support families affected by the conditionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsYou Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
