Job Description
Service Care Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity which has become available working as a Supported accommodation Assistant Manager with Warrington Council
Warrington Council are currently looking for someone who is happy to work 37 hours per week.
Key responsibilities

To ensure at all times the safety and well being of each young person and that all precautions are maintained to safeguard the young people.
To assist the registered manager to manage staff absences including sickness and annual leave in line with Warrington Borough Council’s policies and
To assist the manager in leading the team in continual assessment, formulation, implementation, and evaluation and review of individual centred plans and assessments for young
To support young people to make a complaint and to assist the manager in ensuring all complaints, are reported in accordance with agreed Policies and Procedures and that they are investigated appropriately and there is a conclusive outcome to each


Essential criteria

NVQ level 3 in care of children & young people or a diploma in social care
The willingness to work on a rota basis with a flexible approach including unsociable hours, weekends, bank holidays and any extra hours to meet the needs of the service in line with working time directive.
Must be willing to sleep in on a rota basis.
