With a commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, our client is dedicated to serving the construction industry with reliable and efficient equipment.Job Description:Reporting to the Manchester Depot Manager, this is both an internal supporting role and a customer facing role, with emphasis on Manchester Depot operations and on-site repairs.Role & Responsibilities:
Carry out all repair & maintenance work as instructed by your line manager.

This may include the PDI of new machines, refurbishment work of used machines and the repair of customer machines.Be available to welcome customers to the Manchester Depot in the absence of the Depot Manager.Receive all machine & parts deliveries.Manage the Manchester Depot parts stock.Be familiar with the ‘dealer portal’ for all job opening, parts movements, labour and travel entry, sub-contractor charges, invoice & warranty recovery.On occasions, you will be required to carry out field service work to support the field service department when they are busy.As you are representing the company when on site, you are responsible for best behaviour and safe working practises at all times.You are responsible for carrying out a risk assessment before carrying out any job.You are responsible for van cleanliness.Be available to support the company’s R&D department activities, which will be based at the Manchester Depot.Carry out other activities as instructed by your line manager.
