Operations Manager - Premium Restaurants, Qatar

Very excited to have been retained by this premium Restaurant & Hospitality Group to find them a dynamic and hands-on Deputy Operations Manager. This main purpose of this job role will be to support and lead day-to-day operations across the company’s premium hospitality venues.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Operations Director to maintain service excellence, drive team performance, and ensure the highest standards across this high-profile restaurant portfolio.

Ideal experience, skills & attributes required for this role:

Proven experience in hospitality operations, ideally in upscale restaurantsMulti-site experience is essential for this roleGCC experience is always beneficial but not essentialStrong leadership and people development skillsSolid understanding of P&L, forecasting, and operational KPIsPassionate about food, service, and creating memorable guest experiencesAble to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentExcellent communicator, fluent in English plus an additional European language is beneficial

Salary package: QAR35k -40k pm plus standard benefits like flights, medical etc.
