Local, boutique law firm looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their Altrincham office.
Sacco Mann has been instructed on a role within a legal practice that works hard to cultivate a great office culture and is currently experiencing expansion which is why they are looking to recruit.
Within this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role, you will be working across a broad caseload of:

Freehold/Leaseholds
Registered and unregistered properties
Remortgages
Transfer of equity
Residential development
Plot sales
New build purchases
Shared ownership
Help to buy
Title applications
Assets

The successful candidate for this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role will ideally have 4+ years’ PQE and wants to establish themselves for the long-term at a respected legal practice.
