A leading, multi service national law firm are now looking for a Residential Property Paralegal to join the team in the Redditch office.

You will be assisting on a wide range of Residential Property transactions, with the opportunity to gain hands on experience and to progress your career.
The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of residential conveyancing transactions including:

- Registered and unregistered title
- Purchase and sale transactions
- Remortgages
- Equity Release
- Transfer of Equity

It would also be an advantage to understand the SDLT forms, Land Registry Portal and Registration processes.

Desired skills and experience:

- Experience working within a conveyancing team is essential
- Fast, accurate typing ability, ideally using digital dictation systems
- Experience of using case management system
- IT literate - Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook

 
Salary will be dependent upon experience.
