My client is looking for a top tier senior Operations Director, who has excellent European  exposure - this is key for the client as they are seeking that skill set in the business

This is a high-volume  restaurant business with sites in the UK and Europe, they are looking to open 3 sites in the USA - therefore they are keen on someone to grow into that role overseas     



With a net turnover of over £25 million a year this independent group is looking for an autonomous Operations Director with creative flair and genuine interest in building a long-term opportunity.  You must come from the restaurant, luxury sector to be considered




 



They are looking for an Operations Directorto come on board to steer them through this time of expansion and growth, whilst not taking their eye off the existing, very strong operations. 



The ideal candidate will have strong dining/ commercial awareness and have been involved in openings, acquisitions and financial growth.

An understanding of restaurants and high-end dining would be great! 



 



You will work directly with the MD, financial director and Commercial Director and you'll be solely responsible
