Catering Sous Chef  Location: Atlanta, GASalary: $65,000 - $80,000  Currently collaborating with a swiftly expanding hospitality group actively seeking a catering sous chef.

With nationwide locations, this group is recognized for its environmentally conscious sourcing practices and commitment to crafting dishes from scratch, utilizing fresh and locally sourced ingredients.Responsibilities:
Help manage and lead a team of line cooks and prep cooks, ensuring that all kitchen staff are trained and operating at the highest levelPreparation and cooking of menu itemsAssisting with planning and creating menu itemsRoll out new culinary programsMaintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment and ensure that all food safety standards are met or exceeded
Requirements:
At least 5 years culinary experience, with 1 year management experienceThorough knowledge of food and industry trends  Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of culinary professionalsStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
