Executive Chef

Executive Chef  Location: Atlanta, GASalary: $100,000 - $120,000  Currently collaborating with a swiftly expanding hospitality group actively seeking a Executive Chef.

With nationwide locations, this group is recognized for its environmentally conscious sourcing practices and commitment to crafting dishes from scratch, utilizing fresh and locally sourced ingredients.Responsibilities:
Create, Plan and modify menusHire, train, and mentor a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of culinary skill and teamworkOversee cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment to ensure compliance with legislationManage cost controls, forecasting and inventory managementReview financial targets to ensure they are being met or exceeded
Requirements:
At least 5 years culinary experience, with 1 year management experienceCatering, institutional, and batch cooking experience an assetExperience with high volume, complex food service operations desirableExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of culinary professionalsStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
