Government and Infrastructure Solicitor

Full service, well-respected law firm looking to recruit a Government and Infrastructure Solicitor into their Manchester offices.

Within this Government and Infrastructure Solicitor role, your duties will include advising clients on non-contentious commercial matters, acting for public bodies and private sector organisations.

Matters may include: - Major projects, particularly regeneration - Commercial agreements relating to collaborations, joint ventures and outsourcing - Alternative service delivery models, including wholly- and jointly-owned companies, mutualisation and shared services - Public law advice; powers, procurement, and state aid
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within Commercial, Public-sector work, is able to work well as part of a team and has excellent client care skills.
