Registered General Nurse
An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered General Nurse to work in an exceptional brand new neurological centre opening soon in May 2024 based in the Chigwell, Essex area.
You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers This Neurological Centre will be a 22-bed service that delivers specialist 24-hour nursing and therapy services for people with complex long-term neurological conditions **To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin** As a Nurse your key duties include:Providing a high standard of care to people with mental illness and personality disorderDeveloping therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagementFollowing all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practiceContributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progressAt a more senior level, you’ll also need to lead shifts as well as mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:· Strong team-working skills· A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach· A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate· A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £39,000 per annum.
