CBW has an excellent new opportunity for a qualified AC engineer to join a leading FM company on a permanent basis.

This is working on data centres across the Central Belt patch requiring you to have previous experience working on UPS systems, generators and in switchrooms.

The ideal candidate will have previous commercial maintenance experience and hold their 18th ed qualification.

In exchange you will be provided with a company van (private use optional) and 25 days holiday plus bank holiday! There are also plenty of opportunities for OT! Below are more details on this excellent opportunity!   Key Duties & Responsibilities: Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenanceYour main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.Pressure leak testsCompressor changesBraisingElectrical Knowledge would be beneficial.Extensive building services knowledge Requirements: NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioningF-Gas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)Good Air conditioning maintenance knowledgeExtensive experience working within commercial environmentsFull UK Drivers Licence (Clean) Experience working in a mobile role Benefits: Basic Salary of up to £40,00025 days holiday + Bank HolidaysMonday to Friday working 08:00-17:00Company VehicleFull company uniform30 mins travel each side. OT at 1.5 for during the week and Saturdays and x2 for weekends.Full expensed van and mobile phone and uniformPrivate use of the van
