Social Worker

We are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join the Mental Health Team.


To apply for this role, you must have a Social Work Bachelor’s degree, is registered with Social Work England, and have previous Mental Health experience.

About the team:
The Team works directly with adults, assessing individuals and families to determine the challenges they face, the team will also work closely with other professionals to ensure the appropriate care is given to the service user.

About you:
A degree within Social Work, registered with Social Work England and have previously worked within a Mental Health Team.
