Children's Social Worker

We are looking for a Children’s Social Worker to join a Children and Families Team in Nottinghamshire.
This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.
About you
You will be an experienced Social Worker with substantial knowledge in a Children’s setting.

It is also essential to have a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) – with a minimum of three years in a Children’s Social Work setting.

A valid Social Work England registration is required.

Full UK driving license with access to a vehicle is essential.
About the team
The aim of the team is to assess the needs of children’s and their families.

The team writes reports, case notes and you will be maintaining other documentation as necessary within the Department’s Framework system and taking responsibility for case closure.

The team works in partnership with colleagues from a range of different agencies to ensure children and young people are safely maintained in their environment.
