Adults Senior Social Worker

We are looking for an Adult’s Senior Social Worker to join the Older People Mental Health Team on a locum basis based within Berkshire
This post requires a Social Work Qualification of a minimum 2 year post experience.
About the team
This team works with the age range from 65 + supporting older people with their Mental Health needs.

Within this team you will be dealing with a long term case load.

Key aspects of this post will include, carry out Care Act 2014 assessments, MCA and Section 42 enquires.
About you
The successful candidate will be expected to undertake cases independently and demonstrate the capability to adapt the approach from first principles to deal with more complex or unusual cases.

A candidate with experience working in complex care teams, LD, OP, dementia, Mental Health and Locality Team will be desired for this post.

4 days in the office main site, 1 day to work from home
Introductory training will be given in the first few weeks
