Social Worker

We are looking for a Social Worker to join an Adult Learning Disabilities Team.

Do not apply if you have not got a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience.

A Degree within Social Work is also needed.

About the team
In this role, you will support and Safeguarding Adults with Disabilities to ensure their safety and well-being are met in the community.

You will aim to help the individual become as independent as possible by carrying out assessments under the Care Act 2014.

About you
The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with Adult with Learning Disabilities.

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years experience working in a Adult Adult Social Work setting are essential for this position.
