Youll oversee the entire project lifecycle ensuring the design, development, and verification of their products.

Key Responsibilities for the Lead Engineer Design and Verification:
- Spearhead the project's technical direction and guide the engineering.
- Develop the Engineering Management Plan.
- Ensure effective engineering governance through the project lifecycle.
- Proactively manage technical risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies and capturing activities.
- Collaborate with the bid team to deliver winning proposals with strong technical foundations.
- Maintain strict control of the products technical aspects throughout the project.
Key Skills and Experience Required by the Lead Engineer Design and Verification:
- Broad knowledge across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Ability to manage customer expectations and avoid unwanted scope creep.
- Good technical presentation and document writing skills.
