MIG Welder/Fabricator

We are looking to recruit multiple MIG Welder/Fabricators for a well-established Vehicle Conversion company based in Derby.
This company is a specialist market leading vehicle convertor, with a huge order book to complete for the foreseeable future, with great job stability and security.
Room for progression is available within this company for the right
We welcome applications from MIG Welder/Fabricator, Experienced fabricators, MIG Welders or people with experience working on trailers, vehicle bodies, HGV Bodies or Van bodies
Responsibilities of the MIG Welder/Fabricator:
MIG Welding components and parts to vehicle bodies
Fabrication of materials such as Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, aluminium and plastics
Work on Luton Vans, Box Vans, Tippers, Dropsiders, Curtain Siders and pickups
Vehicles up to 18t
Measure up, mark up and cut raw material to exact size
Follow fabrication drawings accurately
Work at an efficient pace
What we need from you for the MIG Welder/Fabricator role;
Previous experience or relevant industry experience of installing components using assembly instructions within a workshop environment.
The ability to read and understand build instructions
Proven ability to work using own initiative
Ability to communicate well with other team members
Demonstrate commitment, reliability and good time-keeping
