Job Title: Head ChefSalary: around 2,500€ per month + accommodation + tips + mealsLocation: Tilos, Greece We're seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team at our prestigious luxury hotel on the beautiful island of Tilos.

As the culinary leader, you'll oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in food quality and guest dining experiences.Tasks:
Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other relative activitiesConstructing menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servingsApproving and “polishing” dishes before they reach the customerPlan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortagesMaintain records of payroll and attendanceCollaborate closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive dining experience for guestsManage food inventory and control costs to maximize profitability.Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in luxury hotels or high-end restaurantsPassion for cooking and creativity in crafting exceptional dishesExcellent leadership skills and ability to motivate the teamDeep knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and current gastronomic trendsStrong communication skills
