Leading a large team of chefs through service and reporting to senior management.

Your role will be to train and motivate your BOH team and also monitor high standards across the site.There is a large semi-open kitchen that can serve up to 450 covers when busy with fresh, seasonal and sustainable modern European food.This would suit a head chef that has worked in a busy branded restaurant, knowledge of BOH admin, and experience in premium restaurants.
