Assistant General Manager - £42,500 – Large Venue   About the Company:We are looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant General Manager to support the management team growing this amazing venue.

You’ll be joining a passionate, fun, committed and collaborative team, and you will have the autonomy to really make your mark.

It’s a fantastic venue that offers food, drinks, and a lot of entertainment.

We are looking for serious candidates who are passionate about hospitality and looking to develop their skills.

Experience in high-volume venues and experience working with kitchen is essential for this role.

Experience with events would be a big bonus!Responsibilities:
Responsible for looking after the successful day to day operations, ensure that supervisors monitor ambiance and deliver high guest experience.Clear communication with guest to ensure we manage expectationsBe the liaison with the culinary team.Having a presence on site throughout the day especially at peak times to identify or solve issuesEnsuring speedy and efficient service with a friendly attitudeManage FOH training manuals, ensure the appropriate training hours are available to ensure we deliver friendly and positive guest experience.Responsible for upholding the Health & Safety standards during operating hours to ensure the safety of  guests and teamsWorking with GM, BOH Manager and other managers to deliver budgets and targets and company procedure being followedWorking with GM, Head of sales & marketing and Head Chef to conduct quarterly menu reviews.
Desirable Experience:
Experience running high-volume venuesExperience liaising with kitchenExperience within events
