They have created a new position for an experienced team leader to join them and improve and maintain standards in their kitchens.

The kitchens are large with cook lines, wok lines, steaming facilities for their famous dumplings and hot sections.This key to this role is real leadership qualities.

Someone with some presence, motivational skills, the ability to manage teams, really drive standards across the kitchens.

Also to have an ability to think ahead especially when managing staff payroll, orders, compliance and new openings.This would suit a strong head chef from a high-volume Asian restaurant group.
