Head Chef – 4 day week – 40k ClaphamFood Style: Brunch and Supper ClubSalary: 40,000 plus bonusRestaurant Size: 60 covers per service and eventsContracted Hours: 40-45 per weekNearest Transport: Clapham Common TubeThis is a great opportunity for a creative head chef to work in a super club and brunch venue in Notting hill, the food style is canape / street food, you can create 50% of the menu and build your own small team of BOH staff.The hours for this job are great, mostly evenings with double for Saturday for brunch.

Mondays and Tuesdays are closed.
