Spa & Wellness Manager Salary: $35,000 - $40,000 annum + Service Charge + Housing Allowance + Bonus + Benefits +more!Location: Dominican RepublicMy client is currently seeking a Spa & Wellness Manager to join the team and contribute to the exceptional guest experience, starting as soon as possible.

Overseeing the daily operations of the spa and wellness facilityEnsuring high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and safety in all spa areasHiring, training, and supervising spa staff, including therapists, estheticians, and receptionistsManaging spa budgets, expenses, and revenue goals, and implementing strategies to maximize profitabilityMonitoring guest feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement and implementing necessary changesMaintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards for spa operations
Ideal Spa & Wellness Manager:
2+ years of experience in a managerial role within the spa and wellness industry, with a strong understanding of spa operations and servicesBilingual in Spanish and English is a mustExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExperience in budget management, revenue forecasting, and financial analysisStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
