The Client:

Our client a renowned provider of waste management services company, catering to both commercial and residential clients are recruiting for a HGV Technician for their Dover workshop.

The Role:

This is a great opportunity for HGV Technicians looking to work for a forward thinking company, servicing and repairing a modern well-maintained fleet of vehicles and who are looking for stability in their life with flexible schedules and limited weekend working.


Responsibilities:

* Execute regular vehicle / equipment inspections, services, and maintenance.
* Diagnose and promptly address vehicle defects.
* Respond to breakdowns and deliver efficient technical support.
* Maintain compliance through meticulous document control.
* Assume responsibility for technical decisions and facilitate the ordering of necessary parts.


Requirements:

* Previously worked as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic or in a similar role.
* Possess relevant qualifications and experience.
* Skilled in DVSA HGV standard inspections with MOT preparation expertise.
* IRTEC qualified or open to assessment.
* Hold Category C License and Level 3 City and Guilds certification.

* Right to work in the UK.
