Fabric Engineer - FM Service Provider – Barbican - Up to £20p/h

Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Barbican. CBW is currently recruiting for a General Maintenance Engineer to be based in a building Located in Barbican. The successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of most fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working within a team on-site, he or she will need to carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance.


Hours of work/Salary

£20p/h ( umbrella or CIS )Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm ( 40 hours paid weekly )Overtime availableStarting ASAP ( 1st April )

Painting & DecoratingChanging locksBasic Plumbing dutiesBulb changesGeneral Building maintenance 
Requirements

A proven track record in commercial building maintenanceGood communication skillsHealth & Safety experienceBasic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)Ability to deliver excellent customer serviceSelf-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workload
