An exciting opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a leading Legal 500 law firm in Lancaster.


Our client is a top tier law firm and have been established for over 20 years.

Due to their continued expansion, they now have a rare opening to join their exceptional client-focused team.
They are ideally looking for an Employment Solicitor from 2 years PQE upwards, who can confidently provide advice on full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

This will include Discipline and Dismissal, Employment Tribunals, TUPE issues, Drafting Policies and Procedures and Re-organisations and Restructures.
You will be working with a full range of northern based clients from larger PLCs to SMEs across a range of sectors such as manufacturing, education, agriculture, nuclear, hospitality and more.
The employment team are a busy department, so this employment solicitor will have plenty of opportunity to get directly involved with clients and build up your own name in the market.
