Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday

The Client:

Our client, a well-established company in welding and robotic technology, specialises in precision mechanical products delivers tailored solutions to an elite clientele.

The Role:

As a Welding Supervisor, you will be directing steel processing, fabrication & welding ensuring quality standards, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Duties:

? Coordinate CNC plasma operations for efficiency.
? Oversee work order closures and stock transactions.
? Schedule daily tasks in alignment with production needs.
? Perform risk assessments for departmental processes.
? Uphold quality standards and safety protocols.
? Regularly inspect and upkeep safety gear and tools.
? Lead and mentor staff, promoting a quality-driven ethos.
? Conduct thorough quality control checks on manufactured items.


Requirements:

? Previously worked as a Welding Foreman, Welding Supervisor or in a similar role.
? Possess comprehensive knowledge of welding, fabrication, and plasma cutting.
? Skilled in 3D angle projection drawings.
? Familiarity with Autodesk drafting software.
? Effective communication skills across all levels.


Shift:

? Monday - Thursday: 8am till 5pm
? Fridays: 7:30am till 4pm.
