The role

To support the company in strategy execution and driving employee engagement in this exciting new phase, we’re looking for an experienced Global Internal Communications Manager to be based at our office in Wallingford.

We are looking for a talented individual that can help develop a world-class internal communications approach.

The perfect candidate for this position will be an experienced communications manager with a proven track record of creating creative internal communications concepts and working with senior leadership on storytelling.

This is a full-time role.





Who we’re looking for:




Degree in Corporate Communications, People and/or Change Management or similar.




Previous experience in a global corporate environment is essential.




Project Management experience is a must-have.




Team management skills would be beneficial.




Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.




An ability to drive positive change and be used to working with senior leadership.




A strong understanding of how global corporations are structured and operate.




Strong delivery of the next-level internal communications.




A drive to deliver results, measure success and learn from insights.




To work inclusively with a highly diverse and multinational team.
