We are currently seeking a Night Housing Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Harlow.

As a key member of our night support team, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance to young people aged 16-21 who are at risk of homelessness.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial assessments of potential or actual service users, addressing risks and identifying needs.
Maintain regular contact with service users, fostering professional relationships and acting as a positive role model.
Perform risk assessments and ensure personal safety during activities with service users.
Develop relationships with external groups/agencies to support the needs and requirements of service users.
Promptly respond to internal or external complaints, challenging anti-social behavior and reporting risks.

Requirements:

Enhanced DBS check (Both Adult and Child).
Ability to maintain professionalism and positive relationships with service users.
Strong risk assessment and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
