Are you an experienced salesperson actively seeking a role where you can lead a team's growth? Are you a Mechanical Engineer with sales exposure looking to transition into a full-time technical sales position?

If you answered yes to either, our client based near Hastings, East Sussex has the perfect opportunity for you! We're seeking someone to drive all sales functions for a leading EPC company, focusing on distributing Energy turbine products across Europe.

This company has recently embarked on a £5 million project with an additional £2 million in the pipeline!

In this Sales Manager role based near Hastings, East Sussex, you'll be stationed on-site while also travelling throughout Europe to meet clients and prospects face-to-face.

Requirements for this Sales Manager role:

-Mechanical Engineering exposure, either as an engineer or salesperson.
-5+ years of field sales experience for candidates from a sales background.
-Strong knowledge of Steam Turbines and Generators would be beneficial but not essential.
-Willingness to travel extensively.
-Leadership skills for team management and a drive to cultivate a successful sales team.

Compensation: Competitive salary (£50,000 – £70,000), un capped commission, company car, pension, and more.
