Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Bedford – ON SITE
Role: Electrical Maintenance Engineer / M&E
Package: £18.27ph (Part time, 3 days, 24 hours a week)

The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Static Mechanical & Electrical Engineer in Bedfordshire to join our team.

We have been established for over 20 years specialising in Gas, Air Conditioning and Electrical services across the UK.

As an experienced Building Maintenance Engineer, you will be working in an office building in Bedfordshire carrying out all service works such as basic Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical works.

Responsibilities:

Basic plumbing
Mechanical Experience : BMS systems, UPS Systems, AHU's, mechanical plant, water tests
Electrical works such as lighting / controls , pat testing
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems
Inspect buildings and equipment to identify and resolve issues
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and systems
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
