Location: Chichester, West Sussex

Salary: Very Competitive + Excellent Benefits

Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:15pm.

The Client:

Our client is a well-established legal firm, committed to providing exceptional legal services to their clients.

The Role:

As a Personal Injury Fee Earner, you will manage an independent caseload, focusing on RTA, EL, and PL claims at different stages.

Responsibilities:

? Oversee multi-track PI claims, from inception to trial.
? Handle cases involving brain injuries, major trauma, and fatal incidents.
? Navigate dependency claims with precision and empathy.


Requirements:

? Previously worked as a Fee Earner or in a similar role.
? At least 4 years PQE or equivalent.
? Background in managing high-value multi-track cases.
? Knowledge of funding, CFA / ATE, and rehabilitation.
? Familiarity with the rehabilitation code and serious injury guide.
? Compassionate, hardworking, and client empathetic.
