Our client draws from personal experiences as parents of a child with Autism, the founders identified the need for exceptional care services and embarked on a mission to revamp failing services in collaboration with CQC and Local Authorities.The Role:As a Senior Care Worker / Team Leader based in a large Victorian house in Swindon, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding care services.

The house, refurbished to a high standard, features an enclosed garden, creating a supportive and nurturing environment for our clients residents.Responsibilities:
Manage care plans and risk assessments.Organize engaging activities for residents.Liaise effectively with health professionals.Collaborate with the manager in day-to-day operations.Conduct staff supervision and ensure team cohesion.Demonstrate excellent communication skills.Showcase IT literacy in managing documentation.
About You:
Confidence in decision-making.Strong verbal communication skills.Assertiveness in maintaining quality standards.Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and complex healthcare needs.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role.Familiarity with CQC guidelines and local regulations.Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.IT literacy for efficient record-keeping.
