Location: Ballyclare, Antrim

Salary: Up to £20 per hour + Excellent Benefits

Days and Nights shifts available.

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, (36 - 48 hours)

The candidate must have the right to work in the UK.

The Role:

As a Staff Nurse, you will manage care delivery, assessment, and evaluation, ensuring high-quality services in line with organisational standards.

Complete Enhanced Access NI checks.



Duties:

* Provide comprehensive resident assessments and care planning.
* Execute care interventions and monitor effectiveness.
* Assume managerial duties in the absence of Nurse Manager or Senior Nurse.


Requirements:

* Previously worked as a Staff Nurse or in a similar role.
* Valid nursing qualification
* Flexibility to work both day and night shifts.
* Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
