To apply for this role you must have residence and right to work within the UK As a Homeless Outreach Worker, you will be an advocate for vulnerable adults who are homeless with the aim to make a significant difference by providing them with direct outreach support.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous experience working with vulnerable people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
Resilience, patience and the ability to stay calm
A compassionate and caring nature with a commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of vulnerable people
Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and evenings.
