Legal 500 ranked law firm looking to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor into their Cheshire offices.

Within the Construction Solicitor role, you will be working a varied and mixed caseload of matters including:

Building contracts
Sub contracts
Third party rights
Collateral warranties
Lease and development agreements
Due diligence

The successful candidate for this Construction Solicitor role will ideally have 5+ years PQE, is driven and looking to establish themselves in a supportive, close-knit team for a long-term career.
