MLR are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the role of Group Head of Purchasing for one of Irelands most well know hotel groups.
This key leadership position involves overseeing the procurement strategy across the entire hotel group, ensuring the sourcing of the highest quality products and services at the best possible prices.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and budgetary requirements, leading and mentoring a team of purchasing professionals to drive efficiency, cost savings, and innovation, establishing and maintaining supplier relationships, collaborating with various departments to understand procurement needs, monitoring market trends for opportunities, implementing best practices and policies for compliance, overseeing the procurement process from requisition to delivery, and analyzing procurement data for performance tracking and improvement.
