They have a very innovative approach that will mean an exciting growth journey over the next few years.As they are in start-up mode, they are looking at a time / contacts / experience vs equity approach with someone who can join as a NED to help them scale and grow quickly within  a very competitive market.Requirements:
Experience as Founder, CEO or NED within start-up businessesA black book of contacts is requiredPossess the expertise and knowledge to help a start up business scale and growHave extensive experience in investment and be able to open up partnershipsAbility to use industry contacts to scale and grow the businessHighly developed interpersonal and communication skillsIdentify and evaluate market trends and opportunities, keeping the company at the forefront of industry developments.Can-do attitude with desire to build on the success of the businessFlexible work pattern to fit the needs of the businessFoster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the organisation
