Call Centre Operator
Role – Call Centre OperatorRate- £11.44 per hourLocation – Required to be in the office (Epsom) for the first 12 weeks.
Once induction and mandatory team training completed, hybrid working can then be discussed with your line manager.
Hours – 37.5 hoursShift patterns – Shifts are 8 hours covering the opening hours of 8-8 Monday to Friday and 9-1 Saturdays, week of late shift (12-8) and Saturday shift on a 6-8 week rotation.
9am-5pm shift for the first 6 weeks.Length of assignment – 12 weeks + (temp to perm opportunity)Experience – Call handling and customer service experience.
