Technical Sales Support Engineer - Electrical Bias

This worldwide leader and well-respected company based in Milton Keynes are involved in Pneumatic Equipment and Accessories.

Due to the company’s growth, they are currently seeking a Technical Sales Support Engineer - Electrical Bias to help support their customer base.

Their impressive headquarters are based in Milton Keynes.



The focus for this job will be bias towards support to customers and the sales force team for technical matters.

Technical support will cover their product range, specialising in pneumatics, actuators and vacuums.

In this Technical Sales Support Engineer - Electrical Bias job, you will be responsible for:

Support for customer questions via phone and e-mail
Process requests for special products and variations
Market and competitor product analysis & understanding
Supporting sales force with customer visits and application development
Product management including training, new product introduction and supersession of discontinued product ranges


To apply for this Technical Sales Support Engineer - Electrical Bias job, you must have a combination of the following skills:

Degree, HNC or HND in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
Able to communicate proficiently via telephone and email with both internal and external customers
Experience working within an Engineering environment
A methodical problem solver who is logical, organised and able to keep clear comprehensive records
Previous experience or working within a Technical Sales Support or applications role
Knowledge of pneumatic or hydraulic systems would be advantageous
