Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

For the successful Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, our client is offering:

£45,000 to £55,000 per annum DOE Monday to Thursday 6 am – 6 pm week 1 (days) and Monday to Thursday 6 pm to 6 am week 2 (nights)Full-time, PermanentCompany pensionPossible flexibility on start and finish times Free ParkingPaid breaksOvertime at x1.5

The role – Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer :

To work through assigned ppm’s and ensure high level of repairsWork as part of a team to improve and develop plant machinery and processesMaintain workshop cleanliness and upholding good hygiene practicesEnsuring all mechanical and electrical equipment is in safe working order Carry out work in a safe and diligent mannerUnderstand and complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time

What our client is looking for in a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer :

NVQ in mechanical engineering (or equivalent)- ESSENTIALMust be Multi-Skilled (Mechanical bias) - ESSENTIALProven experience working in a food manufacturing environment - ESSENTIALExperience in working on food production machineryBasic understanding of electrical safety and fault findingExcellent problem-solving skillsPrevious experience with PLCs Siemens/Alun Bradley - BENEFICIAL
