3rd Line Engineer Location:    King’s Lynn (Office based) Position:     3rd Line Engineer Salary:        £30,000 - £45,000 Shift Rota:   Monday to FridayWeek 1: 7:30-16:15Week 2: 8:45-17:30(One Saturday a month): 9:00-13:00My client, a leading Managed Service Provider space, who provide local businesses (both SME and corporate) with IT Support and Services are looking to recruit a 3rd Line Engineer   Responsibilities & Duties:Providing 2nd/3rd line IT Support to our customersMonitoring Customer's Infrastructure via RMM solutionFollowing escalation procedures to ensure Service Level Agreements are metManaging customer issues through to closureIdentifying recurring outages and trendsProviding ongoing documentation and improvement of processesAssisting other engineers with problem resolution and training needsLeading customer IT projectsProviding strategic IT adviceAssisting with sales and support quotesSupporting and developing internal IT systemsSupplier liaison  Essential Skills & Experience:5+ years technical support experienceCCNA / CCNP / CompTIA Network+Virtualisation VMWare/Hyper-VAzure installation experienceWatchguard / UTM experienceWindows OS/ServerMicrosoft ExchangeMicrosoft 365ITIL Framework Experience preferredExperience in working with ITSM ticket systemsUnderstanding of priorities and SLAsRMM / PSA experience requiredClean, UK driving license  Additional Qualifications: It would also be advantageous if you have some existing qualifications such as CompTIA, MTA, MCP, MSCE, CCNA, etc.
