Legal Officer
A local authority in the Greater Manchester area is currently seeking a Legal Officer to join their team for a 3-month on-going post.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing police requests for disclosure of children's services records.

This is a great opportunity will require you to have a childrens law background, Hybrid preferred, possibility of remote working.


Job Title: Legal Officer- Children & families
Responsibilities:

Manage police requests for disclosure of children's services records
Review requests and redact and disclose to police in accordance with national protocol
Manage work flows

Requirements:

Experience in Children's Law is essential
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail



Rate:
The company is offering a competitive hourly rate of £20-£25ph.
