Community Pharmacist - Permanent

Maxxima have recently partnered with a leading Independent Pharmacy provider.

We are currently looking for an experienced Community Pharmacist who can provide overall support for a Family-Run Pharmacy chain based in Scotland, Fife.



About the role:
As a Community Pharmacist, you will be working in a clinical and service development capacity to ensure the service to patients is planned, delivered, and evaluated in line with evidence-based practice. 

Your main responsibilities as a Community Pharmacist:

- Lead and develop our enthusiastic dispensary team.
- You will be responsible for and oversee the delivery of all aspects of the Scottish Pharmacy Contract and optimise the delivery of dispensing and professional services.
- Building long term relationships with all key stakeholders to support the achievement of business goals and objectives whilst maintaining Company policies, procedures, and quality standards. 

What we are looking for in a Community Pharmacist:

- You have to be a qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC
- You have a minimum of 2 years’ pharmacy experience
- You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- You have experience in managing, coaching, and developing teams.
