The ideal Restaurant Manager:You will come from a food-led site with a big focus on product quality and service excellence, for this role we are looking for direct experience in a Restaurant Manager position.

Ideally you will have managed team of around 15 staff members within a quality food led establishment.The Restaurant Manager role:
Liaise closely with the General Manager to make sure business is coming in at the right price.Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction.Appraise the team’s performance and provide feedback and training to keep them productive.Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory.

Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations.Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example.Monitor operations and make suggestions to initiate corrective actions.
