The Client:

Our client is well-established architectural firm, specialising in residential projects across commercial and public sectors.

The Role:

As an Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading projects from inception to completion following RIBA plan of work.

Responsibilities:

* Develops qualitative presentation visuals using various techniques and plans presentation packages.
* Utilises mixed digital media and hand drawing for presentations, aligning with brand guidelines.
* Express ideas verbally and through drawings, fostering innovation in workshops and wider client engagement.
* Manages value engineering, scope changes, and conflicting ideas, compiling strategic briefs.
* Delegates effectively, responds positively to innovative ideas, and promotes teamwork.
* Controls individual project requirements, processes, timescales, and deliverables.
* Supports Directors and Associates in managing all architectural projects within the Practice.
* Leads client meetings and contributes to studio discussions.


Requirements:

* Previously worked as an Architect or in a similar role.
* Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
* Demonstrates practical technical knowledge in materials, manufacturing, processes, and finishes.
* Strong understanding of client sectors, business, and operational issues.
* Skilled in briefing, conceptualising, and leading client presentations.
