Bar Manager – Luxury Social Entertainment Position:              Bar ManagerSalary:                 £45,000 plus bonusLocation:             Central LondonWe are looking for a savvy, energetic Bar Manager who can really deliver on creating a fantastic environment within this competitive social concept.

With a strong Bar element our client is looking for a polished leader, who can build and lead this successful team.

Deliver excellent drinks at pace and take ownership of all bar management duties inclusive of stock and team management.

The restaurant is 100 covers with services provided to the wider venue.Who will you be as Bar Manager:
Bar Manager with passion for spirits, wine and cocktailsFocus is on COCKTAILS – they want someone who really excels on this platformIdeally you will come from a Cocktail Bar background – strong emphasis on creating this feel within the restaurantAbility to lead and develop a big team2 years’ experience within similar roleGood knowledge of financials and P&LPassion for the industry.A good understanding of food and a restaurant service.
